Due to an issue with the installer not setting the permissions correctly it might be necessary to reset the file permissions of the files which have just been installed.  This document describes how to do this.

Open up a terminal window, “Applications->Utilities-> terminal”.

Enter the following list of commands:

sudo chmod 755 -R /Applications/AsteriskC2D
sudo chmod 755 -R /Library/Address Book Plug-Ins/AsteriskC2D.bundle
sudo chmod 755 -R /Library/Application Support/AsteriskC2D
sudo chmod 755 -R /Library/Automator/AsteriskC2D.action
sudo chmod 755 -R /Library/Frameworks/AsteriskC2D.framework
sudo chmod 755 -R /Library/PreferencePanes/AsteriskC2D.prefPane
sudo chmod 755 -R /Library/Services/AsteriskC2D.workflow
The first command will ask for your password.
